FAQ

Shipping & Delivery

Order by 5pm ET Monday through Friday for same day shipping (Saturdays, Sundays and all government holidays are not counted as Business Days). The Pet Bodega will choose the carrier based upon how fast we can ship the order to your address. Most orders will be shipped via USPS based on quicker transit times and shipment weight. Larger shipments are generally sent via FedEx.

Currently we ship to the United States and Canada. International orders will be required to pay international shipping charges which are displayed during checkout. We send all shipments out with a tracking and/or delivery confirmation number, be sure to check your spam/junk mail.

If there are errors in your shipment please notify us right away.

The Pet Bodega does not claim any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier shows a package has been delivered, complaints should be directed to the carrier. Please reference the tracking number that was emailed to you in your shipment confirmation. You can call:

Returns & Replacements

When receiving a shipment please inspect all merchandise for defects within 5 business days of shipment being delivered. If defects are found, please contact us right away. Returns are allowed only for manufacturer’s defects. There are no replacements, we do not take anything back for health and sanitary reasons. All returns with manufacturer’s defects must be shipped back to the address on your package within 14 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must be in new condition, completely clean of pet hair, stains and odor. The products must have their original tags still attached. If there are errors in your shipment please notify us right away.

Your credit card will be issued a refund through PayPal or Afterpay after we verify the item(s) meet the return conditions. We do not refund your original shipping or return shipping charges. Please allow 7-10 business days after your return has landed to be processed and receive a refund.

Ordering

There is no minimum order quantity on any order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment for merchandise must be made when order is processed. Accepted methods of payment are MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover through PayPal, PayPal Later, Venmo or Afterpay. Prices are subject to change without notice.
